Elderly Runners and Osteoarthritis

So quite proud of this little research review! I produced this quick read of the article for our Pure Physiotherapy email blast and I must say there is no better feeling of it being approved and sent out!! Especially when it is on such a hot topic as runners, their age and if they should still be running!
